Really enjoyed working for Gordon Evans, Derek Harrison and Pauline Harrison (in partnership with Jak Jones and Peter Roberts) to help design, build, market and sell Underscar, a 5 Star resort project in the Lake District.
Mike Bevans (Master Innholder), Sue Harmsworth of ESPA and Ken McCulloch, founder of the Malmaison chain, were also involved in design, particularly of the amenities, when it was previously owned by the Langdale Group plc.
The property was sold out raising income of over £20m in 5-years.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with one of the best sales teams I’ve ever had the pleasure of managing. Thank you Colin, Julie, Cath and Georgina. And I never tire of this view from the property. What a privilege to have been involved in this project.
