Rudding Park Hotel & Spa is a 100-key, 4 Red Star country house hotel, 18 hole golf course and holiday park near Harrogate in Yorkshire.
With David Gardner of 80 Days, advised MD Peter Banks and owners Simon and Judi Mackaness, to separate the hotel and the holiday park into two different marketing centres with their own websites. This created significant growth in online sales in both.
Below are hotel figures for the period June – November 2021 with the same period in 2013. This allows for six months of good trading post lockdown and also a good period of activity in 2013 post brand split:

- Sessions: +310%
- Revenue: +2,700%. (Now £5.7 million direct room revenue over 6 month period)
- Ecommerce conversion rate: +420%
- Transactions: +2,000% (18,000 transactions over six months)
