Project:
Appointed by the owner/developer to set up an asset disposal programme for a 50 acre estate in the Lake District and 25 properties.

Challenge:
To reboot property sales as in spite of a full blown sales operation through Fine & Country there were no sales and bank was threatening to foreclose on debt finance.

Solution:
Wrote a detailed business plan for and set up a management company, formalised lettings operation, helped renegotiate usage constrictions with planners, brought in a specialist lawyers to support the conveyancing process, brought in Chartered Surveys to give an accurate valuation, launched and ran the marketing campaign and supported direct sales through a co-agency agreement with Fine & Country.

Outcome:
After 2 years sold all properties raising £11.3m for the owners, doubling the sales pace expected by the bank.
