Appointed by Warren Newfield, Ambassador-at-large for Grenada and one of the Caribbean nation’s three Consuls General in the United States, to launch the marketing of Kimpton Kawana Bay’s global Citizenship by Investment real estate programme. The 215-key Kawana Bay was to be Grenada and the Caribbean’s newest 5-Star hotel. 

Was tasked with establishing a new hospitality and Citizenship brand quickly, and across several exotic markets including China, Vietnam and South Africa.

Created a stand out brand identity, which, together with a beautiful suite of collaterals, a multiple language website and ongoing support to a sophisticated multinational sales operation, helped achieve 70% sell through before the developer and Grenadian government fell out. Beyond frustrating!
