Brathay is an outdoor education cum experiential training centre. Its mission is to improve the life chances of children, young people and families by inspiring them to engage positively in their communities.

When their key account ditched them they lost 70% of their income in one fell swoop. I worked with Andy Dickson and Brian Liversidge to rebuild the order book.  In one year flat our marketing campaign had replaced all the business lost when British Gas pulled the plug.
