Was appointed by the Bermudian government to launch this 115-key, 94 condo Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel condominium project in Bermuda. Hotel opens summer 2023.

The challenge here was to rebrand and repurpose an existing set of apartment buildings, to establish a powerful marketing platform that could adhere strictly to US Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, all the while keeping sales resources and marketing costs to a minimum.

Helped build a powerful website/CRM with a sophisticated autoresponder and then launched inbound marketing and online advertising campaigns in Bermuda and across the US Eastern seaboard.
