Aphrodite Hills, Cyprus

Project
Engaged by Lanitis Development to launch their €400m Gross Development Value Aphrodite Hills project in Cyprus with its 290-key 5-star Intercontinental hotel, 18 hole championship golf course and tennis academy.

Challenge
To devise a sales and marketing programme that could sell 650 properties on 578 acres from a standing "greenfield" start across a number of European territories.

Solution
Established a network of broking agents throughout the UK and Europe and managed a multinational sales and marketing operation in tandem with Aphrodite Hills' onsite sales operation.

Outcome
Sold 200 properties in the first year of trading worth over €50m.

The InterContinental Aphrodite Hills Resort Hotel was named ‘Best European Hotel for Leisure Activities’ in Condé Nast Traveller’s Gold List. The resort also won the World Travel award for Best Mediterranean Family Resort.
