Supported The Merewood Group (Merewood Homes and Crowther Homes) on the sales and marketing of its affordable and executive housing projects.

Over a 5-year period acted as Non-Executive Director advising the sales & marketing departments of The Merewood Group on how to set up and run marketing campaigns for each of their schemes.

This helped grow turnover to £35.4m (2002) and pre-tax profit to £7.4m, attracting a buy-out by Persimmon in 2003 for £22.6m.
